Custom Rods

At Carolina Custom Rods we take the time with each customer to make sure they get the best rod and components for their budget. These components come from top companies such as Batson, American Tackle, Lamiglas, St. Croix, Fuji, and others.  With them, we strive to build the lightest, most sensitive rods on the market.  We do this by using foam core carbon fiber grips, two piece reel seats, micro-guides and minimal decorations.  However, we can also decorate your rod with any design, pattern, color, or theme that you desire.  Click on the Rod Options and Pricing tab to see all of our options.

 All grips are built in house and can be made in any length, style and color. Casting rods from CCR are spiral wrapped, unless you prefer traditional wrapping. Spiral wrapping eliminates  rod torque and eliminates the line from rubbing against the blank.

We also have a new rod for speckled trout. It is, by far, the best rod we have used for working plastics, topwaters, and jerkbaits.
